The problem
Every change to a carrier's charging and billing platform had to be proven on real mobile phones, which was slow, manual and expensive.
What Jenks built
Jenks led and developed a remote, automated testing platform and service: automated test runs via SIGOS and maintained, upgraded remote mobile-phone testing resources, with unit and robotic test automation around the integration layer.
Results
Savings of tens of thousands of dollars a year, higher quality and more confidence in the customer's product — sold as a value-adding service beyond the existing managed-services contract.
