The problem
About 200 companies wanted to integrate with Linktree. Building 200 bespoke features was impossible to maintain.
What Jenks built
An ecosystem strategy and a platform: three APIs, SDKs, a developer portal and app-store integrations, delivered by an ecosystem engineering team, product managers and 30+ contractors from five agencies including Thoughtworks — plus a new DevRel team and developer community.
Why it matters
"Platform, not one-offs" is the lesson Jenks now applies to AI: a shared knowledge base and tooling layer instead of hundreds of disconnected chatbots.
